Events postponed due to coronavirus pandemic (updated 29th March 2020 at 15:38)

Dear Challengers,

Our events are temporarily postponed. We'll be in touch if you have a booking with us which will be affected.

This is an uncertain time for all of us. We hope to be able to continue to enjoy the British countryside soon on our events.

If you are looking to book for an event later in the year or next year, please do so. As a small business, this will really help us make it through what will be a difficult season If there is disruption later in the year we will adjust as required, and reschedule bookings if you're unable to travel or we need to postpone.

This will be a difficult few months for us all, and we appreciate your understanding and support.

Nick Johnston, Managing Director

Questions

  • Are any of your events cancelled?

No, we will postpone some of our events until later in the year. Deposits and balances will be rolled over to the new dates, and we'll organise refunds if the new dates aren't suitable for you.

Unlike some of the large events in the news which need to cancel, we run small events and can be flexible with rescheduling dates.

  • When will the events start again?

We don't know yet! I'm sure we're all hoping the coronavirus pandemic is brought under control soon. We'll let customers with existing bookings know when we're able to start resuming events.

  • Can I move my booking now?

Yes, if you have paid a deposit or a balance, you can transfer your booking and money paid to any other date in our calendar for this season and next year.

Please check the dates online for your relevant event and contact us to transfer.

  • Should I pay my balance?

If you have paid a deposit, and you would still like to attend a scheduled event, please pay your balance as normal. This will keep your place secure. If the event isn't able to proceed and you've paid your balance, it will rollover to a new date if you would like, or or be refunded if there isn't a date to suit you.
