Our Coronavirus Policy

Our events will follow government regulations concerning outdoor events, shared transport and public gatherings, as well as guidance from the British Mountaineering Council.

Changes from us

We will make adjustments to our events, according to the requirements and guidance set out by the government, such as:

• Smaller groups, and increased social distancing during the event
• Staggered start times
• Regular handwashing stations
• Face masks when travelling in shared transport

We may need to ask you to resubmit participant forms, to ensure that we have the most up to date information.

What we'll need from you

In order to join us on our trips, we would please ask you to adhere the following five requirements:

1. You should not attend if you have symptoms of coronavirus
2. You should not attend if you have been asked to self-isolate
3. Contact us afterwards if you develop symptoms of coronavirus
4. Bring hand sanitiser and a face covering, in case these are required
5. Maintain 2-metre social distancing measures during the event
