  2. Choose your events

    Select your challenge dates and fundraising settings while the automatic charity checks run.

  3. Welcome bookings

    Once approved, your selected events can appear on our charity challenges page. Share your profile with your supporters too.

What does the partnership cost?

Event costs depend on the challenge and your selected funding settings. The participant pays the entry fee and your charity covers the agreed remaining event cost for sponsored places. Review those amounts in the dashboard before offering places.

Can we choose our fundraising target?

Yes. Set the entry fee and minimum fundraising commitment for the events you offer. Customers see both amounts before booking.

Who handles bookings and health forms?

Three Peaks Challenge handles event bookings, event payments, participant information and event delivery. Your charity supports fundraising and receives fundraising separately.

What happens after we sign up?

Verify your email and finish your profile. Automatic checks establish your charity’s identity and your connection to it. If something needs clarification, the dashboard shows the next step. We email you when your charity is approved.

Does approval mean our events are live?

You also need to select events and configure your fundraising settings. Your dashboard distinguishes approval from having events available to customers. Bookings are not guaranteed.
