Waiting list policy last updated 25th November 2025.
When an event is fully booked but still more than nine days away, we switch on the waiting list so that you can register your interest without needing to check back every day. The steps below explain exactly what happens once you press “Join waiting list”.
We keep an eye on cancellations, reschedules and any manual adjustments that release spaces. Pending waiting list offers temporarily reduce the number of places shown on the website, so availability indicators remain accurate and we never promise seats twice.
As soon as places open up we contact people in the order they joined the list. You will receive an email containing a private booking link and a recap of the number of places you requested. You can reply to that email if you need to reduce the number of seats or have any questions.
Your booking link keeps the requested places on hold for 48 hours. During that time the spots are hidden from the public calendar so you have a clear window to discuss plans with your group and complete the booking.
Waiting list offers expire automatically when the 48-hour window passes. The held places return to the pool and we immediately contact the next person on the list. You are welcome to rejoin the waiting list if your plans change later on.
Sometimes you will see messages such as “3 places likely to become available”. These forecasts use historic cancellation data minus the number of people already waiting, so they are helpful for planning but cannot guarantee that a place will free up.
If you need to change your details, reduce the number of places or leave the waiting list altogether, simply reply to the confirmation email or contact our team. We will update your entry straight away so the next person can be served fairly.
