What does the package include?

Read the event’s inclusions and exclusions. Check mountain support, transport, refreshments, accommodation and travel to the start separately.

Can the event take our whole team?

Check capacity for the actual date. National and Welsh start from 8 people; Yorkshire’s big event package is for 50–200, with 35+ on selected Fridays.

Who makes decisions on the mountain?

Mountain leaders manage the group on the route and respond to conditions. Discuss weather contingencies and preparation requirements before your event.

What does our organiser need to do?

Confirm the group’s numbers and date, share participant information and preparation guidance, and coordinate your company’s fundraising if you choose to include it.
