Support vehicle checklist for the National Three Peaks

- Electrolyte options for people who dislike sugary drinks.

Spare kit and comfort items
- Spare socks, spare gloves, spare base layer.
- Spare waterproofs if you can carry them.
- Blister care supplies and tape.
- Foil blankets and a warm layer for stationary time.
Admin and safety
- Printed route notes and key phone numbers.
- First aid kit suitable for foot care and minor injuries.
- Head torch spares and batteries.
- Plan for limited mobile signal at times.
Transition checklist (repeat each time)
